TERMS & CONDITIONS FOR OFFLINE STORES


  • The company does not provide any guarantee for any sort of galvanizing, including plating and coating treatment done on metal/plastic frames, unless provided by the manufacturer.
  • The Company will hold no responsibility in case of any complaints with regard to the product delivered if not reported within 7 days from the date the cash memo is issued.
  • The company will not hold any responsibility towards any sort of coating applied on the lenses, unless provided by the manufacturer.
  • The company does not provide any guarantee due to accidental damage/breakage/scratches on the frames/sunglasses & lenses.
  • The company does not take any responsibility for breakage of rimless glasses after the products are delivered.
  • Under no circumstances money will be refunded. However, the customer can exchange the value of the articles within 7 days from the date of the cash memo, subject to the goods being in good condition.
  • In case of any dispute, the liability of the company will never exceed the purchase price paid by the customer for the product purchased.
  • All legal matters will be subject to Kolkata jurisdiction only.
